implemented Buy grenade launcher ammo!

i like the idea of maybe buying grenade launcher ammo since it’s super rare and almost impossible to find, especially the explosive kind, maybe put the explosive type  for 50=50 cents or 50=1 dollar

so the bandit camp offers just the red ammo? i thought you get all kind of grenade ammo there , oops
