On the 10th, this player and one other were observed to be inside of a base not belonging to them. They logged out immediately before being spoken to. Because of uncertainties, they were left be. Today, Tdub logged in and found hmself trapped inside the base, suicided out, and then looted a player's base, proceeding to take it over completely. Multiple warnings were issued in chat. They were ignored. (The first base owners gave no consent for them to be in the base.) Multiple images evidence is available if needed.
