Had a comprehensive discussion with this player about the rules where looting , stealing, raiding are concerned. The player proceeded to steal from 3 sleepers, one of which was in their base, and loot an improperly secured base as well. Was actively observed  all the while as they were continuing to make multiple attempts to get into other bases across 1/3 of the map. Multiple PSA posts were ignored.
