Player was warned prior to this to cease PVP types of behavior and to follow the rules. Player has shown that the rules are unimportant and returned to their bad behaviors. Multiple bases entered (some with the use of a mini), and items stolen. (Loot logs from 11/6/19 are the only relevant ones.) More images available if needed. 2
