implemented Larger Team size

On Scourge we are pretty RP at times and have group that plays together a bit like a guild. Would it be possible to increase the team size cap from 8 to like 12 higher? 

I poked around a little and it looks like it might be a possible thing to raise the limit, but it does cause it a small display issue by not showing more that 8 names. So if possible, it would be awesome if we could embrace our squad with a bit larger group.

I'm not sure about increasing it to 20 but I do plan on increasing it slightly once I redo the hud.

@RebelsOne I'm pretty sure the team size is set to max already. I'm still working on the hud though.
