 Player was caught actively taking over a base including TC access. Was given ample chance to do the right thing, and an amnesty notice was placed in chat. They chose to ignore it. When ent-locked out of base, all pilfered items were despawned, and they logged. They refused to acknowledge my speaking to them.

Multiple PSAs had been given as to the server rules.
