Players were witnessed by a victim, flying into a compound, swiping lowgrade, crude, and sulfur ore.  They were quickly caught up with, and all items were returned to the victim, and an apology was made. 

Both players were given a stern warning to follow the rules to the letter. While one cannot speak English, the other assured me they both understood, and would behave and just have fun in the game.  Within 1/2 an hour both were witnessed by 2 admin to be on a sleeper.  Both were in the sleeper's logs as well. While nothing can be confirmed taken from the sleeper, the facts are, both players had been given a chance, and multiple PSAs in large fonts were given. Joaquin speaks and reads English and had been given 2 separate talkings to by 2 admins in the last 48 hours as to the rules. 
(Both players are currently in jail facility with inventory as it was when removed from server.)
