It would help a lot if you could trade people on your friends list, and people in your group more often than regular trades.

I'm currently in the process of writing a new trade system. The cooldown, however, is there to prevent abuse. I will have two methods of trade, one when both parties access a shop front or mailbox without a cooldown, and one that can be done remotely with a cooldown.
