aNoNiM Posted January 8, 2020 Report Posted January 8, 2020 Yes, at a reduced rate. I threw 17 signals and got 1 just before the wipe on accumulated signals. I threw them to get an idea of the loot table. The easiest way to get them, is from /shop, then click blackmarket. They are 3000 RP I also get them with scrap from player vending machines which I assume they got from supply drops. unless they buy them with their RP in order to get scrap.
