1/3/2020 8:30pm - Warned for derogatory remarks in chat.

Warning 3 - Player Harassment

1/11/2020 approximately 1pm - DAHMER claimed his neighbors were causing him lag so he built a structure to put audio alarms and strobe lights facing the neighbors base along with audio alarms placed around their base.

I was called over by DAHMER's neighbors to discuss the situation and they asked for it to be taken care of.  I asked DAHMER why he placed the items to troll and harass the other players.  His reason was he felt their base was causing lag.  I asked him to remove the items and please discuss this with the other player or admin instead of harassment.

Ban - Pornography inside base view-able from outside players base

1/11/2020 approximately 1:45pm - While working through warning 3 with the player and his neighbor I was returning to DAHMER to inform him that his neighbors wanted him to approach them if he was having lag issues and they would work with him.  While returning I approached DAHMER's base and saw 2 pictures on the wall.  Both pictures were pornographic in nature and they were visible from outside DAHMER's metal shop front.

After discussing with other US Scourge Admins a ban was the next appropriate course of action.

DAHMER sent me a message after the ban via Discord.  I misspoke and should have said 4 warnings.  The other warning was a note on his Battlemetrics profile and not an actual warning.  After a discussion with most of the other US Scourge Admins no one gave him permission for the images as they clearly broke rules.  I did not continue the conversation as he indicated "Im just going to handle this myself."
