planned EU pure server messages

Please would you update the server /define text as many are out of date such as the traps ones. ( and give me a list of them   )

Also would you add a basic server rules define. Or even better A server message every hour or so giving the the basic server rules such as no stealing of any kind even no looting sleepers.

Because most new players never look before joining/

Server rules will be printed into chat every time you connect and the define commands are the product of my procrastination. I'll update them soon!
