im currently fishing with 3 other randoms and i feel like its could be a thing, idk how one could implement the proximity portion of it, weather its done like voip distance or weather it could be tied to one of the admin builds.

i feel like with the higher demand for feeding horses and compost maybe more people are out there fishing.  also idk if adding another boost would mess with the current fishing loot tables. as a player i want to say "i want more loot" regarding fishing loot tables. but honestly theyre pretty balanced for the effort you put in. 

i think as a side effect it would attract people to fish AT the admin builds (if tied only to admin builds). plus "community relations" with admins being able to possibly encounter more people in casual situation and not just helping requests thru chat.
