implemented No player items in locked/hackable crates

Please dont allow player items in locked crates so we dont fly across the map to find 1 cloth that a troll has left. Thanks

Yeah this has become a big problem lately. The crate appears to be on rig, then when you get there it has one cloth, or a rock in it.

Make it puke its guts out on the floor once opened just like the boxes along the roads.

Forgot a point...

Before the recent Facepunch changes this was annoying, but not has problematic as it is now. With the red cards being rare, and required to access the crate area, it's a real pisser to burn a red use for some trash.
