Reason: Toxic Behavior and Political Signage

After 2 months of multiple warnings, player continued toxic behavior with entering another players compound and became verbally combative after being asked to leave. While attempting to explain the rules, player continued to be combative and disrespectful and was warned that he was on his last chance. Shortly after this warning, he placed a sign of political nature. Another sign, made by this player, of provocative nature was also found.
