V4CUUM destroyed our quarry over earlier land dispute

Last night I was fishing at our base and realized our quarry was gone at around 11pm EST. I asked V4CUUM, who was with his team just upriver, what happened. We had an earlier issue with them griefing us and complaining to admins about our location next to them. The admins made us rebuild our base to acceptable standards to allow boat access. So, now V4CUUM admitted to taking down our quarry and another of his team gave it back to me from his inventory. He was able to take our quarry down by expanding his base next to it. They are refusing to remove their expansion and quarry to allow us to put ours back where it was. We would like that to happen so we can put our quarry back and for them to grow up and stop harrassing. If they don't like being so close to us they can very well stop expanding in our direction. Or, do certain players own sections of the map every wipe? Admins "longlivekiss" and "skiff" (I think) will be able to validate earlier dispute and earlier base layouts.
