More Info (Optional): After a verbal warning of the rules when I witnessed the player looting a sleeper. Then a console warn after he was taking items from players bases. Knowingly taking over a players base resulted this player be banned. No remorse or recourse for the players he stole from, base he took over or rules he broke. More Evidence upon request.
