Placed a TC in another players base to troll them, then when the owner of the base was speaking to me, Flux called him a "C*nt" 
Also apparently locked the tc until an admin was coming online, also kept wiping the auth list.

Also recorded saying "the admins are being dickheads"

me and a friend [poptic] was planning on doing large oil rig, he asked  in chat if anybody would want to join us. we had a player named pikah and daepicbbom (people i dont get along with but to be civil and keep the peace i didnt say anything) anyway we did large oil and we was chilling and messing for about a hour or two. then we got back to their base and they began building something (unsure what it is) anyway it was a fairly big building so to help out i said to one of their teammates give me wood for a tc to help out and i didnt need anything on me so i said id give him some scrap. i placed the tc down and locked it then went for a smoke aand i came back to one of their players yelling abuse in chat (his name is weird and not of the english alphabet so i cant tell what his name was) anyway as i saw him talking about the tc i placed and locked i realised i shouldnt have locked it bbut i placed it to prevent people from running up claiming it. i ran over unlocked it for him and apologised he then started verbally abusing me and threatening me that hes gunna get an admin to ban me (i believe he said this threat in the chat too so may have to check chat logs) then he kept verbally abusing me so when he started building i decided to be an ass and clear authorisation on the tc to show him hes not going to get anywhere talking like crap to people. anyway a few moments later an admin came on and teleported to us and asked what was up the player then started to tell the admin that i just random came over and placed a tc and started trolling. i admit i did get verbally abusive like he did to me and said such things are "youre full of f***ing sh**" and "this is Bullsh**" anyway the admin politely asked me to leave the persons base and i did im sure the admin [ar0n] will admit i left as soon as he asked. so i stood outside his building and was talking in chat and decided i would start recording. his team mate was sat knocking at the door and he was getting verbally abusive towards me again (infront of the admin i have video proof of) and the admin did nothing about it. whislt talking in chat i noticed i was muted for talking and when i asked the head admin i believe he told me i was muted for saying the word cunt in chat.  which you can check the chat logs i didnt say the word cunt at all which is straight up admin abuse. i   have experienced admin abuse on this server once already so it is nothing out of the ordinary. anyway my team came over and i ran to them out of the way of anyone and i could speak in team chat due to the unfair mute. anyway we was talking they was saying how they was about to donate to the server and i said nah the admins are "being dickheads" and its like this all the time so i also said "fuck the server" due to the constant admin abuse. annd then i was banned for "abusive language towards admins among other reasons"  not once was i verbally abusive to the admin and besides him telling me to leave the building that was the only interaction i had with the admin it is pure and utter admin abuse and its not the first time it has happened.

and before this happened after oil rig was done and we landed at the players base they was shooting the heli (that i paid for and poptic was flying) for fun as a joke i shot a couple bullets in i know i am just as bad for this but i got out of the heli and ran to their base as i needed meds and asked one of their team for meds. anyway whilst their team mate was giving me meds there was an explosion. their team had destroyed the heli that i paid for the admin was told about this before the first issue was dealt with and did nothing about it this is i believe the 12th helicopter that ihave paid for in which their team has blown up. and i know exactly how they are able to get away with it    1. being friends with the admins and 2. one of them does stuff to me until receiving a warning once one of them have received a warning they get their friends to come do it. and if there is no warnings against the players for it i will happily send my dm's between the admins and myself talking about the players getting warnings.

side notes of things i had to deal with

 

i was told by the head admin [method] i had 2 warnings against me 

first one being stealing a heli and crashing it which you can check the entire server log of when said thing happened it was my heli and i crashed as i was learning to fly the heli [another higher up admin who actually does their job told me i didnt steal it i just crashed]

the other warning was for apparently calling somebody a cunt in chat but yet it was a false ban and admin abuse with no actual proof not even from chat logs

 

i contacted a higher up admin and they told me that these were just notes added to my profile and not actual verbal or official warnings which is pathetic to think a head admin is trying to intimidate players by telling them they have warnings against them for a false reason

 

 

also another topic i would like to discuss is the bias of admins, I have sent the eu pure admins so much proof of the same team (as mentioned in first issue) of them stealing my heli and crashing it into the ground and destroying it non of the player have received official warning nor verbal warnings and the constant response i get from them is "there's nothing we can do about it" or "we will have a word" which never seems to happen even asking the admins if they have dealt with it.

 

it has been total hell on the server having to deal with the abuse from admins and the greifing of players and the reason i dont play on a different server is the fact that i have 216 hour on the server since wipe, our team has 150+ hours each on the server since the wipe, i have donated alot towards the server since day 1 and we are by far the top on the server and all we do is help new players and have fun.

 

i have no warning on my account. no bans and never have been banned and the thing that has got me so mad is if the admin wouldnt have abused their power and muted me for no reason none of the drama afterwards would have came around

 

me and my team recommend that the admins on eu pure are taken out and replaced with people that have more experience and are not bias to the players

 

i also have my team that are willing to give a statement in my defence and Poptic is willing to give a fair statement on the situation 

 

and i know nothing will come of this if i am to be unbanned it will be a verbal chat with the admins that offended possibly a verbal warning to the team that has griefed my team the entire wipe and nothing more will come of it as these situations do not seem to be taken serious at all

 

 

also i was told by an admin when i first started flying to find another server to practice on which is pushing new players away from learning the game it has not been a good experience on the server.

 

 

i would also like to apologise for my actions in the discord chat that disobeyed granny's wishes for the topic to be dropped i was so mad that the admins got away with the abuse i just couldnt stop

also admins shouldnt be looking and listening to PRIVATE conversations

i have also just read the ban.

1. there was not once a heli that was stolen or crashed you can ask all parties so that is a straight lie from the admin i would love video proof or log proof of this happening

2. that was a private conversation between me and a friend

 

you did not once ask me what happened you muted me for apparently calling someone a cunt which method said yeah thats why you was muted for calling someone a cunt in chat but all of a sudden youve changed it and said that i called them a cunt over voice chat

If you want my advice, go craft a spear or put the command in console to hide the tips on the top left.

Secondly I am not an admin or friends with them, but you are not the type of player I would hang out with or believe. In your own admission you placed a TC on someone else's build without permission, that is griefing. You should maybe make them aware they don't have a TC if you think they are new or simply forgot. There is no need for you to place it for them  especially not lock it and run away? It's too bad you didn't record that, because you would probably be incriminating yourself. You also stood at their door/steps when you were arguing with them in chat. It would of probably been best to clear the area and forget about it.

In the chat, you read the PSA from the admin asking for you guys to drop it, and you wrote 2 messages being a smart alec to him. 

I honestly don't agree with your point of view that it was not deserved.

where I place a tc when their team gave me the material to place the tc, I did get verbal towards the player as it was lies he was saying

A) This was not your first offence
B) Public voice chat in the open world does not constitute a private conversation
C) The admin involved had just that second teleported over to you to discuss the ongoing situation

I personally put out a PSA in global chat requesting everyone cooled down while the situation was being investigated and resolved. You and 1 other player decided to challenge that request and both got muted directly afterwards for your comments. The situation was being dealt with by Admins at the time and your comments were only causing more difficulty.

I tried to explain to both of you why you were muted (via discord). The other player was unmuted 10 minutes later as he understood and oppologised. Your mute was left longer as myself, other admins, leadership and discord chat were being bombarded by messages from you. You clearly did not understand the reason for being muted and refused to cool down.

 

Now that has been cleared up I would like to address the elephant in the room as I believe you are missing the point here. I suggest you read this carefully to understand the process and reasoning behind the decision and take the time to formulate any response you have in a calm and collected manner.

You have not been banned for a single incident, you have been banned due to repeated abuse of the rules and your attitude towards them. On more than one occasion you have been warned (both formally and informally) about abusive comments towards other players, which is enough to earn a ban on its own. We operate a zero tollerance policy for ANY abuse towards players or staff members. Whilst RustEZ is a mature server, we strive to promote a healthy, fun and safe environment for players to play.

When presented with a discussion / warning via admins, your resulting approach has been to be overly defensive and throw accusations instead of listening and accepting any blame on your part. This has resulted in multiple members of staff (who are all volunteers by the way) being bombarded with demands via direct messages and calling out other admins as liars and abusing their powers.

Early on in the wipe I remember coming over to you and in voice chat, asking you to refrain from using the "C" word towards other players. I explained why this was not OK in any circumstance and you appeared to listen and oppologised. Your words were along the lines of "i understand, I know I shouldnt have said that, it was the heat of the moment" etc. All was good. I left this as an informal warning to you and made no mention elsewhere, so I went out of my way to help you as a player understand the limits of what is acceptable here.

You chose to ignore that and have repeatedly got abusive and aggressive in voice and text chat. That is not OK.

I also suggested multiple times that if the team / group you are playing with are not to your play style, that you no longer play alongside that group. You chose to ignore that too and continued to have issues regarding the same group of players.

We are server admins, here to look after the players that enjoy our servers and enforce rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. We are not your mothers. It is your responsability to manage your relationships on the server and establish when an interaction is good or bad for you.

There are many players on the server who never say a word in chat and who you will only ever see running puzzles or farming their hemp seeds, they are just as important to our community as those who are vocal all the time and we do not want other players having to see constant arguements in global chat.

Anyway, I have ranted enough now, but wanted to take the time to explain to you WHY we are currently in the situation we are. I tried to reach out to you yesterday before the final decision was reached, but you responded with "nah, fuck that". So this post allows me to say what I feel I need to, to you.

I never want to loose any player from our server, but when a player continuously disregards Admin requests, server rules, and common decency / manners - there is no other option.
