More Info (optional): Player had been witnessed stealing another players car on 12/7, when I popped in to talk with them they tried to ignore me and kept trying to make off with the vehicle. I had to kick the player and send them a warning. The next day they entered another players base, accessed their chests and stole their vehicles.
