More Info (Optional): The player 浑元形意太极门掌门·马保国 was griefing a player and wouldn't leave him alone, when I asked him to leave verbally it took him about 5 min to actually leave. He then proceeded to enter the players base and loot his base including his teammate that was offline (sleeper). I then sent a in game warning about looting bases and asked him to leave. He did not leave and in fact shot me with the bow and arrow he looted off the player. I felt a perm ban was in order as he would not comply (ban baiting) and would just cause further disruptive gameplay for other players.
