Copy Paste Base after wipe

I heard there is a plugin called Fortify or something that allows you to copy layout of an area and store it into a database to be used after wipe to replicate

my suggestion is to see if it will be possible to implement and limit blueprints of one  TC per player and maybe in addition to that add material requirements to place that base

it's one TC to copy only to carry over after wipe

Fortify is a program one can use to plan out their base and to calculate  upkeep and such. It's not a plug in for servers. It is a separate application.
