Player has been talked to multiple times regarding blocking off large areas of land with no intention of using it. Last wipe, the player was issued a 3 day ban to give them time to familiarize themselves with the rules after they refused to use or remove their structures.

On 3/8/2021 the player was warned for looting another persons base, this warning was their third warning.

Today, admins were made aware of more structures the player built that took up large areas of land that the player had no intention of using. I popped in to talk to the player about this when I found them crawling under someone's twig foundation and try to access their chests and tool cupboard.

Considering the repeated offences and number of warnings, its been made clear the player has no intention of following the rules. In order to prevent further disruption of gameplay of the community, the player has been banned.
