Possible to be given car if someone purposely blows it up?

So today i was at a monument, while driving in it to find a spot to park my car (one of the ones you find) another player shot two rockets at my car causing it to blow up after doing so they then ran away as if nothing happen. Is it possible to be given another one?

We do not replace in game cars i'm afraid. However, what the other player did is harasment. Please report it to an admin straight away if this happens and they will be dealt with appropriately.

Sadly i have experienced shooting at my car while driving but luckily it never got blown up.
