Reason: Harassment and entering player bases

Other:  Player was running around and yelling at other players unintelligibly through his muffled microphone.  A mute was issued by admin Rayne.  Player was then reported by several players breaking into their bases.  After forcefully teleporting the player away from one of these instances and issuing a verbal warning, player then returned to the same base and tried to enter once more.
