More Info (Optional): This player was already console warned for stealing items from a base/player through base exploits.  This player after already being warned hijacked another players vehicle while they stepped into a supermarket. The owner tried to confront the player and got run over, the player then backed up to run the player over a couple more times before taking off with his teammate. When confronted I issued another console warning so there would be no miscommunication. When the owner got to the vehicle to recover it the player took the car parts and started to run away. They were kicked from the server with the notation to read the server rules before joining. I took the parts out of the players inventory put them back in the car.    高度机密 logged back in and again tried to take the car parts so the owner wouldn't be able to take the car back. This is what ultimately led to the players permanent ban. They had numerous opportunities to adhere to our rules and refused to do so. They Harassed and impeded the gameplay of the player whose car they stole and didn't heed the warnings given by admins.
