Player took items from another player who was recycling and crafting and items fell out of his inventory. Player didn't return anything until I was almost online even after repeated requests by the player and me posting the no stealing rule in chat while I was logging in. Explained the rules and how to read them and reinforced that stealing can result in a server ban.

After resolving this issue, player did some stuff in their base and then ran straight to an unsecured base and stole from a person logged off in it.

For disregarding the rules after they were explained to him a permanent ban was implemented.
