More Info (optional): Player had been previously warned for stealing after they took off with another players horse. During that event, the were warned over voice chat and through console and still continued to take off with the horse until they were kicked from the server.

This wipe, a player reported that they were missing items from an unsecured chest. The logs showed this player to be the only one to access it. As I was confronting them about this and issuing their warning, they looted a sleeper right in front of me. The player has made it clear they have a complete disregard for our rules, ban implemented to prevent further disruption in the community.
