More Info (optional):  Player posted in chat at 9:17PM about accessing someones base, I advised them of the rules and then 13 minutes later they accessed someone else's base and looted them. When I teleported to them, they were looted a second base, at 9:38PM. Considering how recently the player was warned and advised of the rules, a ban has been implemented
