Mute in Scourge EU

Hello,

I was joking in chat and had some fun with other players but I think it went too far.
Now I cannot type in chat and I think I got a mute but I didn't get a warning or any information about that.

I acknowledge that I went too far with my behavior in chat and I want to appeal my mute.
I didn't know that anyone was hurt by that and I'm so sorry for that.
