Reason: After having stolen loot from a heli he did not have any right to, proceeded to act innocent and as if he were new and would not give all the items back that he had right to, so did his mate. Has had 3 prior warnings including stealing from a heli which also added to the reasoning for this ban.

Player has had 200 hours in EU Scourge to learn the rules but has learned nothing.
