More Info (Optional): Caught stealing & was given an in-game warning about stealing and the rules explained to them. Caught again stealing parts & fuel from another player's vehicle. When confronted the second time, he refused to acknowledge the admin; continuing to do his own thing, culminating with him running away. Teleported back & locked the doors. Continued to try and get a response from him, without success. Banned for the second theft offense and refusing to comply with admin instruction.
