I want to start playing the servers again I have re-read the rules and sorry about the stuff I did to receive a ban.

Your permanent ban was on US Scourge, and was actually your second ban.

After a player has received a temporary ban, they get one more chance to return and play on our servers. You have already used up this chance, and broke multiple rules to result in your permanent ban. 

The ban will not be lifted.
