Reason:  Greifing and Ban Baiting

More Info (optional): Player was warned on 11/14/21 for stealing from another player. Today they logged in, and upon seeing their warning, proceeded to demolish the bases of 15 players and kept mentioning in chat that he wanted admins to ban him.
