I think I might have done something wrong.  I asked for help on a store ticket.  A few minutes later I got a ban for evasion.  How do I proceed from here?

Once a player has been permanently banned, they are not permitted to return on any account. You already know this, as your wife's account was also banned when you returned to the game to play on it. I have discussed the matter with leadership and they agreed that an immediate permanent ban was also necessitated on this account.

This is very awkward. How do I prove who I am? Would this ban be overturned if I provide something to Death?

I am serious. Who do I provide with what to sort this all out?

I just want to play with what I paid for
