Mailboxes and drop boxes

We all love mail and presents, and most importantly leaving horse poop in neighbours drop boxes. But our neighbours can often forget to share their drop boxes. 

Can it be done that shop fronts, drop boxes and mail boxes are automatically shared?

if this is implemented, i will happily buy a horse...  because who does not like getting gifts in their mailbox?
