Got perma-banned while logging in for "political Username" There is no rule in the server list description regarding this. Presumably its in the in-game rules list which I didn't even get to see.

Seems unfair to get banned for something you don't state isn't allowed until after someone joins.

Only the username was banned. Once you change your name and log back in you're good to go.

I  changed my username instantly and haven't been able to join. Been trying for over an hour now.

I have tried restarting rust as well as logging out and back into steam.

Sorry for the delay, it's been a busy day for me here!

I'm glad we got it sorted in the end and thanks for being so patient and understanding. Sometimes the restart of steam/rust can be a bit weird.
