明音 had two prior warnings this wipe for stealing on 1/13 and 1/17, upon review of logs I noticed this player had an unusual amount of salvage hammer activity.  After verifying 明音 was not part of a team with any other players I counted 5 different players bases that 明音 had destroyed all or parts of, two of which occurred after their previous warnings in which they were asked to review and become familiar with the server rules.  Given the magnitude of this offense in conjunction with their prior disregard for the server rules a ban was enforced.
