Reason: Repeated Theft, Griefing - Refusing to acknowledge the rules or co-operate even after multiple requests in the users language.

First and second warning on 13/02/2022 for player harassment and damaging vehicles, third warning today for theft, final warning today for accessing multiple bases via exploits. Player accessed a base with an unlocked TC; cleared authorization and authored himself on the TC and began to loot a lot of materials, weapons and items within the base. Screenshot evidence of the looter logs can be provided. The player was not in a team with these 2 players. This was directly after being warned for stealing and crashing a minicopter that belonged to another player. 2 admins asked the player to return the stolen items in both English and his native language to which he did not co-operate. Given the extent of the damage and the nature of the griefing he was issued a permanent ban.
