I was called to assist a player who reported they were missing items and suspected they were looted while offline.  after reviewing the logs, KIRAC was the only player who accessed the reporting players inventory, and were in possession of the items declared missing.  Having already served a 30 day ban for the same offenses, the decision was made to place a permanent ban on KIRAC's account for continued violation of the server rules.
