More Info (Optional): Player was first warned after entering a base through a base exploit and started to raid contents from it. Player was console warned and items were returned.

Immediately after the first console warning they once again started stealing from a base through an exploit. and was running up to another base to see if there was a way to gain entry. 

This player has shown zero regard for the servers rules and the progression and gameplay of others. They were informed of the servers rules and given every opportunity to adhere to them but chose to do the opposite and continue to raid and steal until a permanent ban was placed.
