Banned for racial voice chat but I wasn't speaking by Spliff

I was banned by Spliff for racial voice chat but I wasn't speaking and was in the middle of a road by myself. I haven't interacted much with anyone today and I wasn't on my mic so I'm not sure what happened or why I was banned. Thanks for looking into this.
