The player placed his own TC and locked it with the intentions of locking out the base owner and to troll the players the owner was trying to have fun with (him included even after having issues with him earlier in the week) After numerous chances and warnings the player continued to show repeated toxic gameplay, player disrespect, griefing and harassments of players and bases.
