Public quarry question.

It's been awhile since I've played on the US Pure Server.

Are the public quarries instanced and are there any public pumpjacks?

I've noticed folks with open refineries and furnaces, are these locked to the player or should we still enclose them?

Public quarrys, pumpjacks at trainyard, power plant, and water treatment, and GEP are all instanced. 

On pure, everything you dont want others to access should be secured and locked if possible.
