The ninjasuit is not a buy/trade steam item, it was a twitch drop from the streamer BaboAbe. If you missed out it is not possible to get.
The rustez store allows our players to buy the item (not as a skin/craftable) for ingame use, which is pretty awesome but leads to confusion when people aren't aware it was a twitch drop.
