Player has been warned on two separate occasions prior to today's ban for stealing. The first was on 1/2/23:

And the second time was yesterday, on 1/6/23:

Today they logged in and continued to steal from players:

Considering the continued disregard for server rules, a ban has been implemented to prevent further disruption to the community.
