Region/Server Chat Channels on Discord

Hi-diddly-ho, neighborino, just a suggestido!

 

I love the voice channels on Discord, just thinking could we have individual chat channels for the servers as well.

 

Few Positives of it, when hosting events, the Admins can leave notes in there for everyone. 

Players can message other players in there when they're not online together etc. (I use a mail box in game, but alot of others forget to share them!)

I'm a little confused because this is already a thing, just click the chat icon next to the voice channel and it will open up a chat channel specific for the voice channel.
