Good afternoon,

My account name is Rusty, I thoroughly enjoyed playing on the server while I was able to play on there and would like to come back to rust and play on occasion. I was banned for racism on an accidental typo one night when I was drinking and spinning the wheel with my friends. We go from one game to another gambling in different ways and we tend to go all in a lot for the chance of the large payouts. I took a photograph of us at the wheel and mean to type in "bigger mode" (which is a common saying when we are putting large amounts of bets in) and threw it on the ground for my friend, but while being intoxicated I was not careful enough with the letters I was pressing, I sincerely apologize that this has transpired, and I would just like it to be known that I honestly did not intend to type what was typed. If at all possible, I would like to be given a second chance to come back to the server one day to have fun with the community. I can assure you that I know slurs of that nature are by no means acceptable and it will never happen again. Thank you for your time and understanding of the situation, I hope to see you all soon!

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

While I appreciate spending time in-game with friends while being intoxicated is fun you are solely responsible for what happens while you are online and playing on our servers.

That being said I have decided to give you the benefit of doubt and give you a second chance to join our wonderful rule abiding community.

Although your ban has been lifted it will still remain on your record. There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you speak in our servers, abide by the server rules...and watch those typos!

Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.
