Reason: Raiding/Looting

More Info: A ticket was submitted regarding the victim's base having been broken into and looted. I teleported to investigate, and only found one name on the victim and on the boxes: osapalev3. The thief got in through the second floor, where there was a door missing. While there was a tool cupboard, there was a way for someone to jump along some wall frames and access the roof.
