More Info (Optional): Player was asked to please stop mentioning he would stalk me in chat. Then showed up at bandit camp at the wheel where I was sitting, sat right next to me every time I got up he would follow me around the wheel room at bandit camp til i sat back down. Then proceeded to put the radio he had in my face.
