Upon investigating it was found that 76561198815577126 accessed this players base stealing some items of value and despawning the rest.

The console warning issued informed the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and grieifng of players, bases and modes of transport are all against the rules and bannable offences. To ensure the player understood the rules the warning was issued in English and Chinese.

I witnessed 76561198815577126 go into a base and start accessing, stealing and despawning items.
A kick was given with the instruction to read the rules before rejoining. I moved the player away from the base they were in the middle of raiding. 

When 76561198815577126 logged back in they immediately went to the same players base and started once again to raid that players base.

Due to the blatant disregard to the servers rules a permanent ban was placed on 76561198815577126 account.
