More Info: Player has been previously warned on 3 separate occasions. The first was on 10/19/23 for blocking a river. The second was on 12/3/23 for stealing from containers in another players base as well as stealing their helicopters and submarine. The third warning was on 1/23/24 for twigging onto multiple bases and stealing from another player.

On 3/21/24, I was made aware that a player was missing items from their boxes within their base. Upon investigating, BILLY's name was found on multiple boxes. BILLY has had plenty of opportunities to learn to abide by server rules, but has chosen to continue to disrupt the gameplay of others. Because of this, a ban has been issued.
